If you require same-day service, please call reception before 10:00; your laundry will be returned from 19:00 onwards. Same-day delivery is subject to a 50% surcharge.

There is no dry-cleaning service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

In the event of loss or damage to an item of clothing, the Hotel shall not be liable for any amount exceeding five times the price of the service.
